You can read every guide and answer every question without sending us anything. Your answers stay in your own browser until you choose to ask us for a proposal.

While you read a guide

Your answers, comments, reading position and what you picked under “What would you like to do?” are saved in your browser's local storage, so you can come back later. They are not sent to us. “Clear my answers” at the end of each guide removes a guide's answers. We use no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.

When you contact us or ask for a proposal

If you send the contact form, we receive your message, name, company, email and what you would like to do. If you fill in the form at the end of a guide, we also receive your notes, the help option you chose, your answers and comments, and the result the guide showed you. We use this only to reply to your request and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your request (steps before a contract) and your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by email.

We keep a request for up to 12 months if no work follows, then delete it. If we work together, project records are kept as long as the law requires.

Service providers

• Vercel hosts the site. Requests are processed in the EU (Frankfurt). Vercel keeps short-lived technical logs such as IP addresses to run and protect the service.
• Resend delivers the request to our inbox by email. Transfers outside the EU are covered by the provider's data processing terms and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, object to its use, or restrict it. Email us and we answer within one month. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
